I am a Level 4 Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women build confidence & get stronger. With over 20 years experience, I pride myself in being Pre & Post Natal qualified, an Obesity & Diabities specialist, Running leader and more recently Qualified in Exercise Strategy for Menopause.

Weekly schedule
Monday - Saturdays 6am-2pm
